If you go back to my older post on the second page you can read up on this scam. It is hitting our area very hard right now. If you get a message or a call from someone claiming to be or work for Microsoft THEY DO NOT!!! Microsoft will never call you or send you a message telling you that you have a problem. NEVER!!!!!! let anyone have remote access to your computer unless they are a local state registered technician. The fact that they are calling you is proof that they are just waiting for you to give them the access to your computer. See older post.
