For the past three years according to laptop magazine the Lenovo brand has been on the top of the heap. This is nothing new to computer technicians. After IBM sold their laptop line to Lenovo , the Chinese did what they always do. If they have the best product they don’t try and make it better. From a technical standpoint the Lenovo laptop line is just built better. As laptops have evolved most companies have concentrated on gimmicks and cosmetic additions to lure the buyers to their product. If a flashy looking laptop is important to you then the Lenovo might not be your first choice. Lenovo has continued with the minimal flat black case, nothing shiny or colorful. The keyboards are made to be really functional, solid and well made. The case is sturdy with real metal in places where metal is needed.
The motherboard is state of the art, right down to the initials of the inspector on the product line. The Lenovo laptop usually runs 10 to 15 degrees cooler with the same processors found in all Intel made processors. Most tech companies provide their employees with a Lenovo laptop. While everyone knows the Dell, HP, Asus, Apple and other more familiar names the Lenovo company just keeps making a superior class laptop.
