Now that windows 10 is no longer free we can all stop getting those annoying pop ups asking us if we want to upgrade to windows 10. I would say from my repair experiences that windows 10 is about 85 percent ready for prime time. There are still some problems but Microsoft is doing a pretty good job at patching up the problems. At the same time for those using windows 7 I can still not see any benefit from the upgrade. If you upgraded from windows 8 or 8.1 all the changes are for the better.
Those people moving from windows 7 to windows 10 will have some work ahead of them learning the new interface. Windows 10 updates are still a problem with constant errors when trying to install the updates. Some programs installed in windows 7 might not work as well when loaded on to windows 10. Remember to write down your password if you have one set up. Windows 10 is a difficult operating system when trying to recover a lost password.
